The electric steering wheel system is mainly composed of a steering wheel, a steering wheel motor, a spline sleeve, and a data cable. The motor adopts a direct drive motor design with a rated speed of 100rpm and can be directly installed on the steering wheel shaft. It has a built-in controller and supports RS232 and CAN control. The rated voltage is 12V and 24V, the rated torque is 7N.m, and the peak torque can reach 16N.m. The electric steering wheel system is used in conjunction with the GPS navigation system and is widely used in the electric power steering system of self-driving tractors, and is suitable for precision agriculture, precision farming, and digital agriculture.
